A refreshing dip to serve with fruit! This sweet tasting dip is chock full of real raspberry pieces! Add cream cheese. Makes 8 oz

Fresh Raspberry Conserve

3 cups water
1 pkg SF Raspberry Dip mix
2 cups fresh raspberries

In a medium sauce pan add the water and raspberry mix. Bring to a simmer until mixture is dissolved. Add in fresh raspberries and simmer for 15 minutes. Use a masher to mash the berries. Converse is done when mixture is thick. Let cool. Place in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use, or serve room temp/warm over ice cream or poundcake. The conserve can also be spread on your toast, bagels, muffins, etc.

Raspberry Jello Cake

1 box cake mix baked in rectangle cake pan
1 box raspberry jello, mixed as directed on box
1 pkg SF Raspberry Dip, prepared as directed

Take you baked, cooled cake and poke holes in it with the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour liquid jello into the holes and over the top of the cake. Refrigerate for 2 hrs. Remove cake and then use the prepared Raspberry dip mix as a frosting. Decorate with fresh raspberries.

Raspberry, Strawberry, Kiwi Fruit Pizza

For the Super Bowl, I made a fruit pizza using the Sugar Free Raspberry Dip. I was really unsure how it would turn out, but it turned out Fantastic!

I made a crust just using store bought sugar cookie dough. I mixed the Raspberry Dip with 1 8oz. block of cream cheese, just like the package said and let it chill overnight, as well as let the crust completely cool. Then I let the dip sit out a bit until it was a little softer & easier to spread. I spread on the dip and then scattered sliced strawberry and kiwi slices on top.

Delicious! & will definitely be making again!

Dark Chocolate/Raspberry Cupcakes
1 box cake mix
1 pkg raspberry dip mix, prepared as directed
1 small bag dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream

Prepare your boxed cake mix and bake into cupcakes (chocolate, yellow, your choice) Chocolate would be best though. Let cool. Prepare raspberry dip mix as directed with cream cheese and cool whip. Place into a piping bag with tip. Insert into the center of the cupcake, from top or bottom (doesn't matter) and inject the filling into the cupcake gently. Not too much. Repeat. Then place your dark chocolate chips in a double boiler. Pour heavy cream on top, then begin to melt on medium heat on the stove. Stirring constantly until melted/smooth. Take the cupcakes and dip the tops into the chocolate ganache. Place on cookie rack to cool/set. 


Seems like a few steps, but it goes quickly and each step is easy.
Dark chocolate and raspberry is a heavenly combination!
