Dangerously addicting!! Full of yummy spices, red and green bell peppers, this
dip can be served hot or cold. Add cream cheese and milk or just sour cream.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
With a mixer, beat contents of the bag with milk and cream cheese. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. If desired, microwave on high for a minute and a half.
