What is the $20 sampler pack?
|
A. We bundled our top 5 dips to give our sponsors the ability to
either sample the dips or to sell! The value of the sample pack is $38.50. The $20.00 cost of the sampler pack is deducted from the fundraisers
final invoice!

What is The Family and Consumers Sciences Teachers
Association of Texas (FCSTAT)?
|
A. Formed in 1963, is the only
professional organization dedicated solely to representing family and consumer sciences teachers in Texas. FCSTAT represents over 3,000 professional
family and consumer sciences educators, secondary, post secondary educators and administrators; cooperative extension educators, retired educators
and university students enrolled in family and consumer sciences education programs.

What does It's Your Spice Sell?

A. Its Your Spice offers over 300 of the finest types of gourmet food mixes and seasonings
for the purpose of fundraising and online sales. The types of mixes include, main meals, entrees, breads, desserts, dips and beverages and spices to
enhance your favorite meal from scratch!

Why does it take 5-7 days before an order is shipped?
|
A. All great things are worth waiting for. Our mixes are made to order to insure the finest
and freshest product is shipped to our customers

Does It's Your Spice Offer a
prize program?

A. Sorry but we do not, scholarships are funded in lieu of prizes,

Is everything included in the mixes?
|
A. All the dry ingredients are included, some my require milk, water, butter or other small
amounts of household staples. Our mixes are great way to help with your dietery needs!

Are the mixes easy to prepare?
|
A. Yes....this is the beauty of it all! All mixes contain the dry ingredients needed to
prepare. Some mixes may require adding a little water, milk, eggs, or butter. This allows you to control the fat, caloric amounts and milk
allergies.

Are there minimum purchase requirements?
|
A. No, but to offset the the cost of the 8-page color brochure, $1.00 will be deducted from
the sponsors profits for each catalog requested in the event more catalogs were requested than products sold. Internet orders will count towards the
purchase requirement for the catalogs requested. Example: Sponsors request 25 catalogs for their fundraiser. 2 sellers sell 5 mixes each and
in addition 15 mixes are sold Online, the minimum requirement is met. Credit is given for returned unused catalogs.

Do you charge fundraising groups for shipping?
|
A. If catalog and online orders total at least $500.00 then we will ship for free in
Texas and Oklahoma. Actual shipping charges ($50.00 max) will apply on orders totaling less than $500.00. Contact us for your states free shipping requirements.
Individuals
who purchase Online and elect to ship direct are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.50 Note: Online orders ship upon completition of groups

I have food allergies, do you have a list containing
ingredients?

What if the organiziation does not meet the free
shipping qualification?
|
A. If they are unsure if they will be able to meet the free shipping qualification, they
may want to charge each customer an extra $1.00 per package to cover the cost.If not the shipping would simply come out of the end profit.
Note:This is the end profit of the organization-not It's Your Spice. Depending on size of the order, shipping is normally between $25.00 to
$35.00 on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

How can I be sure my fundraiser will be a success?
|
-Involve your sellers in EVERY decision
-Fully explain this one of a kid fundraiser so sellers will know what they are selling
-If allowed, offer seller extra credit for those who attain their selling goal
-Push Internet sales by having the sellers publish your link to social media accounts and address books they own.-Order the $20 sampler kit to make
samples for the sellers and the teachers.
-Scheduled your sale around teacher paydays.This would be the best time to make samples and put a copy of the order form in the teachers lounge.
-Set goals that are acheivable each year.
*We see this all the time...sales increase each year for those groups who participate on a recurring basis.Customers learn the value of not
only of the product but it's intention, to promote family involvement in the kitchen and around the dinner table.
Once you decide to do a
fundraiser with It's Your Spice, it will remain your fundraiser until you elect not to schedule.

We are participating in a fundraiser and I see
something online I would like to purchase that is not in the catalog?

A. Simply write the name and price of the item on the order sheet provided by your
seller.
